The discussion forum will offer a space for Roadmap clinics to share successes, challenges, tips and tricks for data and EHR reporting , workflow solutions, health equity resources, and quality improvement tools. Additionally, this space will support the Roadmap Peer Learning Network so that clinic teams can stay in touch in between monthly meetings.
